All orders shall be paid by through safe purchase method: Paypal. This is the most reliable transfer of money available for online purchases.DELIVERY
Delivery is typically within two (2) weeks of production.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Due to the delicate nature of our product, we are not responsible for damage in transit. We will automatically insure your parcel for the purchase value. If you'd like to insure your parcel for retail value, you must note that in your purchase comments.
We only pack first quality art with carrier approved materials.
If your shipment is damaged in transit you must contact the carrier and The Crystal Crate within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. As part of the purchase agreement, you must also agree to save all packaging materials and product.
The Crystal Crate will not refund any money on damages. The carrier will conduct an investigation for the damage claim and it and/or The Crystal Crate will contact you once the investigation is concluded to resolve the issue.
RETURNS / DEFECTS
Any claim for defective merchandise not damaged in shipping must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.We apologize that we can not accept returns on first quality merchandise for any reason.
